Sailing Team Building

Sailing Navigation Workshop on Land:

Before starting to sail, a one-hour introductory sailing navigation workshop will be held. This workshop aims to provide a first experience for those who have never sailed and an introduction to begin warming up.

The workshop is divided into these 4 sections:

Navigation: Wind, Headings, Vessel

Safety and Weather: Onboard Safety, Waves, Clouds

Management: Maritime Laws, Crew Roles, Values applicable in work/life

Navigation Plan: Description of Activities

During the journey, guided by experienced facilitators, the team will engage in collaborative tasks such as:
Sailing Basics: Team members are introduced to the essentials of sailing and have the opportunity to work together to maneuver the yacht.
